What CPR and First Aid
Training Covers

This training includes scene safety, victim awareness, compressions and rescue breaths for infants, children, and adults, choking response, and how to properly use an Automated External Defibrillator. It also covers a broad range of First Aid topics, including allergic reactions, inhaler use, epinephrine pens, heart attacks, strokes, seizures, severe bleeding, tourniquet use, sprains, burns, broken bones, shock, concussions, spine injuries, eye injuries, heat-related emergencies, cold-related emergencies, bites, stings, diabetes-related emergencies, and more.

The goal is not to overwhelm your team. The goal is to help them understand how to recognize a problem, respond correctly, and take action with more confidence.
